e-Statements

“Go Green” and receive your monthly statements via a safe and secure method without the paper. Available within NetTeller Home Banking or with the Encompass Mobile App within the first few days of the month, e-Statements bring your information to your screen. E-Statements will be available for a 12 month period.

iTalk – Telephone Banking

Access account information, make loan payments, and transfer funds with this free service. Stop by any of our branches to set up your PIN today.

The convenience of Encompass is right in your hands with a variety of plastic card options. Please note, Encompass will NEVER contact you to ask for your card information. Please call (800) 675-8852, option 3 if you feel your card information has been compromised.  

ATM Cards

ATM Cards are available to give you access to your account from ATM machines worldwide. With a number of Encompass ATMs in the area and a nationwide network of surcharge-free machines through Alliance One, you always have fast, easy access to your accounts.

Debit Cards

The debit card looks like a credit card but works like a check. It gives you all the capabilities of an ATM card, plus can be used for making purchases from merchants wherever Mastercard® is accepted.

Credit Cards

Encompass Credit Union Credit Cards have a low fixed rate and are accepted anywhere MasterCard® is. With our MasterCard Online Accounts, you can make your payment, see your recent transactions, and view past statements all in one place.

Lost or Stolen Cards

If your Encompass Credit Union ATM/Debit Card is lost or stolen when the credit union is closed, please call (855) 472-7383 to report it.

If your Encompass Credit Union Credit Card is lost or stolen when the credit union is closed, please call  855-511-8978 to report it.

International & Out of State ATM Debit Card Transactions

In an effort to reduce fraud, transactions in certain states and any outside the United States will be blocked, you must notify the credit union in advance if you are planning on using your card for international and some out-of-state transactions. Your card will be declined unless you inform us first. Please contact Card Services at (800) 675-8852, option 3.
