Encompass is excited to bring to you a new Home Banking experience starting July 23rd, 2024

Frequent Questions

1. What Changed?

A new website for home banking and new smartphone apps are needed. When we go live, we’ll have links @ www.EncompassCU.org

2. Will I need to sign up again?

Members can sign in and register using their existing username and password. They must confirm access using their email address on file.

3. What if I don’t know my username and password?

Members whom no longer have access to username and password information, please reach out to our contact center directly at (800) 675-8852, option 6.

4. Will I need to set up bill pay again?

iPay settings and payees should all transfer to this new environment.

5. Will it be secure?

It is even more secure than our previous offerings. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required. Members will have choices between SMS, Telephone calls, Authenticator apps, or even a passkey device.
